Now you can make money for membership sales AND traffic you send to us! Your unique account ID is recorded when anyone enters the LatinBoyz.Com Site from your website. By retaining and recording your account ID, when the new subscriber actually purchases, you are compensated accordingly.

Here is how it works:

1. Complete the Webmaster Registration Form

2. Place a LatinBoyz Banner on your Website. Banner Ads are available on the 'AFFILIATE SUPPORT LOG-IN PAGE' in the Navigation Bar at the right of the page.

3. You will be paid $10.00 for every new membership you refer to LatinBoyz.Com and $.01 per unique click sent from your site.

LatinBoyz.Com Affiliate Program Terms of Agreement:

1. This agreement describes the entire terms and conditions for participation in the LatinBoyz.Com Affiliate Program.
2. In this agreement, the term "Affiliate" refers to you (applicant). Wherever the agreement refers to "you" or "your", it means the "Affiliate"; "we" or "our" refers to LatinBoyz.Com
3. You are 18 years of age or older, or the legal age in your community for viewing adult content.
4. You are responsible for maintaining current contact information.
5. You may not use this system for any other purpose than its promotional design. Example: You may not require people to access this system before allowing them access to private Websites.
6. Misrepresentation of the LatinBoyz Affiliate Program will be cause for termination of this agreement.
7. Sending SPAM (unsolicited EMail) will be cause for termination of this agreement.
8. We reserve the right to not accept any site into the LatinBoyz Affiliate Program based on site content. Sites that do not qualify include sites which promote violence; promote discrimination based on sex, sexual orientation, race, religion, nationality, disability or age; promote illegal activities; violate intellectual property rights; or promote child pornography.
9. All incomplete information will be deleted. If your email address is invalid, all account information will be deleted.
10. The banners contained within the Affiliates Log In Page and images sent via our EMail Program to our affiliates are the only images authorized for use in promoting your account. A maximum of 10 images can be used per affiliate account at any one time. No other images or content contained on LatinBoyz.Com may be used to promote your account without our permission.
11. Any account that does not show any activity for 30 days will be deleted and this agreement terminated. Banners must be displayed at all times.
12. The program works by setting a tracking cookie on the computer of viewers of your website that click on the LatinBoyz Affiliate Program Banner. The cookie is set to stay on the viewers computer for at least 30 days, meaning that if the user of the computer purchases a membership during that period your account will be credited with a commission. If the viewer sets their computer to deny cookies or uses a cookie washing program we have no way to track the commission.
13. The tracking program only works with our primary credit card processing system. This system has typically accounted for 90%-95% of all new memberships. It does not work with memberships purchased by check / money order.
14. LatinBoyz offers a $10.00 commission per sale and $.01 per unique click from your site..
15. Commission checks are only issued when the commission amount is $25 or greater. Commission amounts of less than $25 will be rolled over until the total is $25 or more. Affiliates can log into their account at any time after earnings have surpassed $25 and request payment. Payments will be issued by check within 14 days of the date the request was made.
16. Credit card fraud - If a membership you referred is purchased using a stolen credit card or otherwise disputed and the sale is 'charged back' to us, or we have to refund the sale, the resulting commission will be deleted from future payments.
17. Customers who purchase memberships through the LatinBoyz Affiliate Program will be deemed to be customers of LatinBoyz.Com. Accordingly, all LatinBoyz rules, policies, and operating procedures concerning membership and service will apply to those customers. We may change our policies and operating procedures at any time. Prices and availability of our service may vary from time to time. LatinBoyz policies will always determine the price paid by the customer.
18. You and we are independent contractors, and nothing in this agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties. You will have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf. You will not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that reasonably would contradict this statement.
19. We will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this agreement or the LatinBoyz Affiliate Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, our aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement and the LatinBoyz Affiliate Program will not exceed the total of commissions paid or payable to you under this agreement.
20. We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the LatinBoyz Affiliate Program or your potential to earn income from the LatinBoyz Affiliate Program. In addition, we make no representation that the operation of our site or your site(s) will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.
21. The laws of the State of California, County of Los Angeles, will govern this agreement, without reference to rules governing choice of laws. Any action relating to this Agreement must be brought in courts located in Los Angeles, California, USA, and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of said courts.
22. You may not assign this Agreement, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Subject to that restriction, this agreement will be binding on and enforceable against the parties and their respective successors and assigns. Our failure to enforce your strict performance of any provision of this agreement, will not constitute a waiver of our rights to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this Agreement.
23. We reserve the right to change or discontinue this program at anytime. We will attempt to contact all affiliates at the email address currently on file when any changes are made to the program.
24. By submitting the LatinBoyz Affiliate Sign Up form, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to all its terms & conditions. You have independently evaluated this program and are not relying on any representation, guarantee or statement other than as set forth in this agreement.
